Christ Church belongs to the United Reformed Church (URC), and within this it is a Church within the URC's Eastern Synod.
Within the Eastern Synod Christ Church belongs to the South Cambridgeshire and North Hertfordshire Linked Pastorate, comprised of five churches which share one minister:
- Christ Church URC, Buntingford
- Bassingbourn URC
- Fowlmere URC
- Great Chishill URC
- Melbourn URC
Locally, in and around Buntingford, in 2022 Churches Together has restarted and several activities are now running under the Churches Together banner. The minsters of the three denominations meet regularly and our churches do support one another and come together for various activities through the church year. The three churches in Buntingford are:

- St. Peter's (Church of England)
- St. Richard's (Roman Catholic)
